OUR STORY
I felt like I needed to give MORE somehow and be more inspired too. That led me to become a Central Valley boudoir photographer. I feel strongly about building others up, helping remind people how absolutely amazing they are, and helping people see how beautifully their outside matches their inside. Boudoir photography allows me to give back to my clients and help them see themselves the way others see them. It’s a win-win situation for every single person involved in every single session.
My love of photography started with me focusing on portraits of families, seniors, children, weddings and event photography. Once I studied the art of boudoir photography and saw the way it positively affected my clients, I was hooked!
SHALON
I was always interested in photography, and was known in high school for always having a camera in my hand. After shooting everything from children and families to weddings, I was looking for something to make me more “heart happy.” I was always intrigued by boudoir photography and began taking workshops in California and Texas. As soon as the first client saw her photos and cried, I knew I had found my calling and what I was meant to do. I love seeing women not only embrace themselves, but call me after their sessions to tell me how much their significant others loved their images!
I love being silly and all things purple, really bad dad jokes, birds chirping, flip flops, romantic comedies, sunflower seeds, the sound of the ocean, laughing, and Mary Higgins Clark books. I have three adopted children and have lived in the Fresno area since 2000.
